Small networking rework

Changed up on how I am announcing my subnets today.

So, I sued to have my pfsense firewall doing the announcement but I decided to change It up. Now it’s a ubuntu VM with FRR doing the range announcements and other boxes or VM’s will peer to this VM and get a default route. Currently have the pfsense sense and a vyos VM peered to the primary ubuntu bgp frr VM and I might even establish a wireguard tunnel home to get a /28 there to host additional stuff using my cluster.

Kept ram resource usage mostly the same other than having to allocate 2 additional vcores. overall not bad.
